Q: How do I know what to offer?
A: Prepare a Market Analysis of the subject property, along with any history (past      listings, sales prices, tax information).

Q: How do we make an offer?
A: Submit an offer in writing to the listing agent and begin the negotiating      process, to finally arrive at a sales prices agreeable to both parties (buyer and      seller).

Q: How long will it take to complete the process?
A: Time depends on a number of things including the following:

  • Buyer has all documents ready for the loan officer
  • A timely appraisal and survey
  • Type of Loan: conventional, FHA or VA
  • A timely Home Inspection and submission of repair requests and repairs
    accomplished
  • A closing can take as short as one week or as long as a month under
    normal circumstances
